Event Description

This Professional Development Workshop (PDW) is for those who wish to better understand the nature and consequences of intellectual capital across macro and micro levels.

The specific focus is how human capital interacts with other elements of intellectual capital (social capital, organizational capital) to influence firm value creation.

***Leading experts in macro and micro human capital research will discuss opportunities and challenges of connecting human capital across levels and disciplines.

***Insights will be offered regarding the key intellectual steps required to bridge micro and macro theory

***Community-building opportunities will be provided (including 1:1 discussions with other participants and a group dialogue with a panel of senior scholars).
