Sharad, we do have more focused groups that you may be interested in joining. In fact, I believe there already is a group that focuses on the links between HR and OD. So, rather than starting a second group, why not join with that one. Thanks!
Dear Mr. Chandra:

What have you been reading? What are your observations about the principles that work?

I have been reading and writing about high trust and high performance work systems. I have particularly enjoyed Pfeffer's book, The Human Equation: Building Profits by Putting People First.

I would enjoy learning from you. Like you, I share a passion about improving the effectiveness of people in organizations. I am working with some very bright students from India in my classes, and I would enjoy working with you.

Hi Cam,

Very interested in having a look at the study you carried out on high trust and high performance work systems.

In our work we use a methodology that measures workplace trust levels. In Ireland we received approx 35,000 employee responses to our trust survey and we received approx 1.5 million around the world. Trust is one thing we have alot of data on.

I have attached an article on trust that was written by our research team in the US.

Hope you find it useful.

Thanks
Cathal

Our papers are not empirical studies. We presented one paper in New York last week and another is under review by HRM Journal.

If you would like a copy of the papers, please send me your e-mail.
