HRM the Journal

In reading an advance copy of the fifth edition of Dowling, Festing, and Engle's book about international HR, I have noted that there are many ethical implications implicit in international HR management.

What do HR practitioners consider to be the major ethical issues that they face? I would value your opinions and insights.

What do other academics know about this topic as well? I am working on a paper about this topic and I would enjoy any suggestions that you might offer.

Colleagues:

Attached is a paper that two students and I wrote about ethical issues in international HRM. The paper addresses the implications and challenges of implementing high performance work systems in international companies -- and ethical issues associated therewith.
