I need assistance on the factors that explains the similiarities or differences in HRM practices in the Gulf and Western world.Can anyone please assist?

Hi,

still i could not understand that what are the factors you looking for.... And i feel that doing research would help you to deal this issues. So, firstly, try to collect literature review based on your queries have in your mind, then frame questionnaire which may be open ended or likert scale. You then start sending it to two different places where you know any person who are working in HR profession. you might get answer or feed back when you analise the data. you know it is long process but it is one way.....
