James, when would this be? I could write something on social capital (which will eventually become a book 'Competitive Society')

at the earliest the publication date would now be 2011. Tentatively this would make a submission deadline about middle of next year.

check the call for papers - on the right hand side of this page. There is one for social network research. Deadline is December this year. I encourage you to submit something.
