About Me:
Carlos Martin-Rios is a visiting professor and Co-director of the Master’s in Human Resource Management program in the Department of Management, Carlos III University of Madrid, Spain. He received his PhD in industrial relations and human resource management at Rutgers University. His current research interests are concerned with governance systems in knowledge work, including projects on social networks and cross-boundary collaboration, coordination in team-based knowledge work, and cross-cultural issues in performance management
