- About Me:
- Donna Maria Blancero is Senior Vice President of Research & Intellectual Development, National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) and founding editor of The Business Journal of Hispanic Research. She earned her Ph.D. from Cornell University and is a faculty member at the UCLA Anderson Latino Leadership Institute. Previously, she was on the faculty at the W. P. Carey School of Business and a Research Faculty of the Hispanic Research Center, both at Arizona State University (1993-2004).
Donna is the past Chair of the Board for NSHMBA, a fellow of the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, president of the Management Faculty of Color (MFCA) and a member of the executive committee for GDO.
Donna’s research and expertise focuses on Latinos in Corporate America. She is a national speaker on Hispanic Leadership and consults with organizations on diversity issues. Donna is Nuyorican and an amateur genealogist.
