- I have a Ph.D. in Organizational Management, with a specialization in HRM. I am currently the Director of Operaitons for Atlanta's largest intellectual property law firm. In addition to my full time work, I am an adjunct Professor teaching Strategic Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management and Leadership & Motivitation at the undergraduate and graduate level.
