- About Me:
- Currently a Professor in the Management Department at ESSEC Business School Paris-Singapore, I have served as a visiting professor at Rutgers University and University of Missouri St-Louis, and a visiting scholar at Wharton. My teaching and research interests include expatriation and international mobility, international human resource management and career management. I have contributed numerous articles to French and international academic and professional journals and am honored to serve on several editorial boards. I have published books in French on expatriation and career management. I am the co-creator and pedagogical co-director of the part time Masters Program in HRM at ESSEC. Before joining the academic world, I worked as a HR consultant abroad and in France and remain an occasional consultant to several MNCs.
