About Me:
Miguel R. Olivas-Lujan is Professor of Management at Clarion, Pennsylvania and a research faculty member at Tecnologico de Monterrey (Mexico). His research areas include information technologies in human resources, gender, business ethics and culture. Professor Olivas serves on editorial boards for the Business Journal of Hispanic Research, the Journal of Managerial Psychology and the Encyclopedia of Human Resources Information Systems. His work has been presented in conferences in four continents, and published in three languages in over a dozen international outlets. With colleagues from nine countries, he co-authored Successful Professional Women of the Americas (Elgar, 2006) that received perfect scores for a research book from the Brazilian Ministry of Education in 2007. A member of Mexico’s National Researcher’s System since 2004, he serves in the "Global HR" Expertise Panel of SHRM (www.shrm.org). His Ph.D. in Business Administration was earned at the University of Pittsburgh and his MBA in International Business and B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, at ITESM, Monterrey, Mexico.

Hi Miguel, it was great to meet again in Barcelona. Good paper, keep on shaping it a bit and you will get it published in a good journal. Would be a pity, not to try, but of course you will, you will. Have a safe trip back and the e-HRM community needs to prepare for a meeting in the US somewhere in the foreseeable future.
