About Me:
Dr. Mo Wang received his Ph.D. from Bowling Green State University in 2005. He majored in both industrial-organizational psychology and developmental psychology. He also had a minor in quantitative methods. His research interests include four broad areas of investigation: (a) expatriate management and global/cross-cultural HR practice; (b) older worker employment and retirement; (c) application of advanced quantitative methodology; and (d) social cognition and aging. He has received Academy of Management HR Division Scholarly Achievement Award (2008) and European Commission’s Erasmus Mundus Scholarship for Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology. Dr. Wang has published his work in top-tier academic journals, such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Psychology and Aging, and Organizational Research Methods. He has also been contracted by General Motors, Harrah’s Entertainment, Kronos, and Sequential Employment Testing to provide consulting services for personnel assessment and selection in both English and Chinese.
