About Me:
Patrick C. Flood, B.Comm, MBS (UCD),PhD (LSE), ITP (ISBM) is Professor of Organizational Behaviour at DCUBS. He is also Honorary Professor at Northeastern University, China. He has held Fulbright, EU HUMCAP and British Council FCO fellowships. Previous faculty and visiting appointments include the University of Limerick, Australian Graduate School of Management, London Business School, London School of Economics and the R.H.Smith Business School, University of Maryland. His research programme on the influence of leadership teams and strategic human resource management on organisational performance has attracted some Euro 1.2 m in research grants. He teaches on MBA and executive education programmes specialising in leadership, organisational change and strategic HRM. Patrick serves as a Consulting Editor with the Journal of Organizational and Occupational Psychology (UK) and is an external examiner at Queens University, Belfast and Saïd Business School,University of Oxford. He has published extensively in journals such as the Strategic Management Journal, Human Relations, Industrial Relations and the Journal of Organizational and Occupational Psychology.
