Hi Robert,
I am particularly interested in how international assignees in general (and inpatriates inparticular) build social capital with host-unit staff and how this affects their knowledge sharing and career outcomes. What are you working on currently?
Cheers,
Sebastian

Robert,
EJIM is an interesting journal (I have published there). Please, tell me more about that call for papers. I have a WP on how HRM may benefit from social network that could potentially fit. Many thanks. Carlos

Hi Robert. Yes, the MTC group is nothing if not confusing! I hope something good manages to come of it all - its a fantastic idea to try to get so many people to collaborate together on this. Elaine

Hi Robert, I think we are both in the MTC project. What do you think of this network? I would like to set one up for MTC, but was worried that we may have too many web2.0 sites already! At least perhaps we could start an MTC group on here?
