About Me:

I am an assistant professor of human resource management at Seoul National University. I received my Ph.D. in human resource management from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. My current research interests include strategic human resource management, HRM in professional service firms, organizational learning, knowledge management, and compensation management.
