2 Events on the theme of the ageing workforce

Hello everyone, I am rather new to HRM the Journal but felt some of you may be interested in hearing about and/or contributing to 2 events that ECLO (European Consortium for the Learning Organisation) will be running in 2009.

Both events are associated with the theme of the ageing workforce.

One is our 16th annual conference and is entitled "Vitality in Organisations - Fit Until the Finish" and will run in Hertogenbosch, Netherlands at the HQ of one of our corporate members, the KPC Group. The other is a one-day workshop that ECLO will be running with the VOV, a network of 600+ HR professionals based in the Flemish region of Belgium. It is entitled “Challenges and Opportunities When Facing an Ageing Workforce - A Learning Perspective”.

Opportunities still exist to participate either as a delegate or as a speaker, but please be aware that, in keeping with our non-profit making status, ECLO is unable to pay speakers a fee or meet their expenses.
