One of my paper titled "Linking Emotional Dissonance and Organizational Identification to Turnover intention and Well-being" written jointly with Professor Deepti Bhatnagar has been adjudged as one of the best accepted papers in the HR Division of Academy of Management Annual Meeting to be held at Chicago.
