HRM the Journal

In tough economic times, finding money for professional development of your staff can be a challenge. But it doesn’t have to be, given the proliferation of inexpensive or free web applications for personal and workplace learning.

It’s sometimes assumed that learning tools means tools specifically dedicated to learning and often we overlook the value in ordinary tools. This duality is what makes these tools so powerful – because they are not separate tools you have to use but ones that are familiar to you.
