Workplace bullying

Hi everyone
I'm interested in organising a symposium on workplace bullying at the IHRM conference in Santa Fe, New Mexico 21-24 June09. The conference organisers have extended the call for papers until 17 March.. so there's still time to lodge a paper on bullying!..
I'm interested also in working/collaborating with others on researching, writing journal articles on bullying.

Another area of research interest of mine - is the baby boomer workforce...
I'm also interested in collaboration in this area.
